"The location is excellent if arriving or leaving from Napoli Central Station as it is literally across the station. What is a great advantge is also a bit of a disadvantage as it is usually the case, areas around central tratin stations are not the nicest, but during the day I felt totally safe walking and within 5 minutes of walking you are in very tourist spots. The staff are wonderful and the amenities great. It is a grand hotel, particularly if you are transfering between train and airport the next day (as it was my case). "Thai property looks from outside like normal old style building. But inside is like NASA. Really good and newly renovated it, very fashionable and great bathroom with Jacuzzi. "Angelo was very helpful and supportive. The staff were polite. They are trustworthy. There is a fantastic Pizza restuarant about 15 meters away.
We had a safe in our room and we left our money and passports when we left the hotel. After contacting them, they retrieved the valuable and returned it to us which is great. I heard lots of negative things about thefts and condition in Naples but certainly they place is trustworthy.
Please consider that this hotel is 2 stars and very reasonably priced , so do not compare to 5 star hotels.
I will be more than happy to use this hotel if I go back to Naples.
