The only drawback is that it's so close to Hwy 4 so a bit noisy and not easy to walk anywhere from the property. All in all a great house and we are very thankful anytime we can take our pup with us. This property had a pool and hot tub right on site! Although the hot tub never did get too hot, it was wonderful to soak in after a day at nearby Calaveras Big Tree State Park nevertheless!
