Cons: - WiFi is HORRIBLE (could barely load basic websites), not suitable for business trips - Rooms are small and underequipped: small LCD TV, no fridge/minibar, no international/EU wall plugs - "Lake View" rooms are mostly blocked by tall trees; not worth the premium price - Breakfast was underwhelming, especially considering the highly rated restaurant...

"Great position on the Lake with easy access into Luzern, CHF4 each way. The rooms are spacious and well equipped with standalone Aircon which proved useful during our visit. Be aware most room do not have an unrestricted view of the lake due to a property in front of the hotel. Breakfast is taken across the road at the old hotel, but is good. The restaurant is in the same location across the road and we had a reasonable meal there. There is also a good Brazilian restaurant nearby. Be aware...
