"This hotel is more like a backpackers, it has permanents living there. Dirty, smelly and noisy at night. . Smelt of smoke even though not supposed to smoke. Bathroom was VERY old and hairs on floor. Carpet was dirty, curtains were hanging off hooks. The outside of the building would turn you away straight away, but inside was far worse.
