"Rooms could do with upgrade paint off at the base of doorway and in different areas of the bathroom, plastic shower base colour worn off, spider web on window, shelf missing just 2 screws in tiles. Web page showing new style bathroom. Please take down webpage photos if you cannot supply the advertised rooms. Tea & coffee area well stocked, room serviced on our return, cold weather on arrival aircon was on that was a warm welcome."

"Good clean motel. Very basic building in an industrial type area. Near to Train station (couldn’t hear any trains). I would stay here again if I were passing through Goulburn for sure. It was value for money. I paid 10 dollars more and got a pretty bad room at another hotel the previous week. "

"Everything is great , its a little noisy but i was in the very front room.. the heating doesnt seem to go beyond the kitchenette.. the room was very cold and the blankets were thin. That's my only complaint"
