"Excellent location right across from Clarke beach carpark and only 15 min walk over to Watigos. House is excellent for a small family/group with plenty of outdoor/living space and bedroom/bathrooms. Only suggestion is fans in single rooms need fixing (click and speed issues) and house could benefit from a deep clean."

We were a bit bummed that the carpet hadn't been cleaned (quite clearly) and that there wasn't much in the way of supplies, toilet paper for example, no cooking oil, or beach towels, but I suppose that's optional to provide, though we did think we were paying a premium for a luxe space. "We had such a great stay at Waves Hotel Byron Bay! The staff were super friendly and made everything feel really easy from the moment we arrived. They even added a special touch for my wife’s birthday, which made the day feel extra memorable. The location is unbeatable — literally a few steps to the beach and close to all the good coffee and food spots. Traveling with our baby, we really appreciated how accommodating and relaxed everything felt. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the room was spacious and clean with a nice view and a great bathroom. Overall, it felt like really good value for the quality and location. Would definitely stay again!"
