"Great hotel and location. My family loved it! I was just surprised the hotel didn’t have a business center or a quiet space to do some work or take a business call. "

"I hadn't stayed at his property for almost 40 years, and I was pleasantly surprised at its current condition. Everything was in very good shape, at a price considerably below other hotels in the immediate area. The included breakfast was among the very best I've ever had in a hotel, and the staff was friendly and efficient. The only negative I can mention is the furniture in the room and in part of the common area at reception. The lounge chair/ottoman were absolutely the hardest, most uncomfortable I've ever seen anywhere. I honestly can't imagine a furniture manufacturer making such an uncomfortable product, and I'm astonished that a hotel would purchase it for guest rooms. In spite of that, I would definitely return to this hotel in the future."

"Our king deluxe room was spacious, quiet, very clean, and had all the necessities one would expect. Although there was no physical check-in desk, there was an attendant at the door to direct us. When we needed a new tv remote, I texted the link provided and someone delivered it shortly. Our biggest concern was parking because the hotel has no parking available. However, therev is valet parking, which we used, so it all worked out."

"Easy to get to with friendly staff. There was plenty of parking. There is coffee and tea available in the lobby and hot breakfast in the morning with reasonable hours. The room was standard. There was a piece of carpet cut out near the tv that was then place back. Kind of distracting."

"Hotel was the grossest hotel I've ever been in. My room's stunk of smoke.Despite the fact that it was nonsmoking. When I questioned the staff about this , they said they could come in and spray some spray. There were cigarette burns on the tub. The door was covered in filth. The sink had a crack all the way across it. The headboard had chunks of the laminate missing. The floor molding was cut out and you could see debris and earth where it was missing. There is no street sign to identify the hotel. It is in the parking lot next door to a strip club."

"Staff was great and we loved the location. I would let people know that there are rooms above a cafe. We would have asked for a different room if we had known, but it wasn't too loud in the morning. "

"If you want to be able to sit on the patio out back, bring your own chairs. There are no chairs outside. Watch out for poison ivy under the bushes. The place was very clean. You will need to bring your own ice or ice trays. The love seats in the living room are terribly uncomfortable to sit on. The bedrooms are nice."
