This hotel was very conveniently located. The staff was excellent, and the breakfast they serve, made to order, was well worth the $8.00 pp. on the down side, it could have been a little cleaner. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great either.

This hotel is a little dated and the furniture needs up grading. But the bathroom design, with 2 hooks for hanging towels is better than hotels costing twice as much. We had a suite and found the room very comfortable. The sleeper sofa should be replaced because of visible stains and I didn’t really want to touch it.

Very nice location; close to 64, the Martha Jefferson Hospital, and not too far from Downtown Charlottesville. There's a nice walking path with a couple of ponds right by; great for a stroll. They have a small pool and a decent sized hot-tub. I ate and drank at the bar the first night; the Bartender was very kind and the food was good. The bed was really comfortable, so sleeping was easy. The blackout curtains worked really nicely. Will definitely stay there again next time I need to be close to Pantops.
