"This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. The bed and pillows genuinely hurt so bad, we used our comforter instead and rolled it up to support our necks since the pillows were rock solid and about 1/2 inch thick.
The rooms had no AC even though the pictures showed an AC unit, and the room we had was in the front of the hotel with lights shining through the curtains since they were hung 2 inches off the wall all night. Worst sleep we’ve gotten in ages. Our backs are still hurting a week...
"The location is great for Elizabeth line 200m and cheap shopping. Wetherspoons only 200m too. Cant beat it for a good value london hotel if you are ok with 20 mins to central london on the tube"
"The hotel is ongoing renovations, which had I have been there on business wouldn't have affected me, however I was there during construction. My room was clean and new, however the toilet wouldn't flush a tissue and door had to be opened by staff everytime as my card failed."
