"The front desk was amazing and hospitable. The breakfast was very quick and easy. And the grounds were impeccable. Also walking distance to lots of food and Barnes and Nobel!!! 10/10 would stay here again."

"I was pretty disappointed overall with this property receiving such high scores. The front desk personnel were young and rude and distracted, check in was slow too busy chit chatting with each other. Our shower door was off square therefore it leaked all over the floor. Bed was ok, AC was extremely noisy but functional, TV was large and selection was good no Microwave in room is very inconvenient for a stay. The food very mediocre and tasteless usual fake eggs, cheap precooked paper thin...

"The suites were roomy, but everything felt old and worn out. This property needs a refresh. The staff was fine, but there was a feeling like we were bothering them."

"This is an extended stay that is literally an active construction site. This place is a mess. The room smelled of mildew. The stench was so bad that it was embedded in my clothes. There were squatters in this hotel. The city of Scottsdale need to be notified. I'm sure it is illegal to have 3 floors of a construction site and still rent rooms. This place was awful, the worse I have ever seen. Expedia has even lost points with me for having this hotel available on their website. This place was...

The staff were very helpful in facilitating room move but did not Solevento the issue. Unfortunately a common theme with many hotels no matter how much you pay"

"The rooms were spacious and more importantly, the bed and pillows were wonderful. We would definitely stay again!"

"Loved it!"

"The resort is super pretty but not as pretty as they look in the pictures, I really liked and enjoy our 4 day stay. The rooms were super clean, the only thing that threw me off was that I had to tell front desk every day to refresh the room and do the beds, but every day by 9:45pm room service will knock at the door for refreshments and if you didn't have the privacy on at the door they will just open the door ( there was no lock on the inside to avoid that) ?? that was a little weird. The food...
