"The overall stay was great. The cabin was clean and accessible to our entire party including our two dogs. We really enjoyed the privacy of this cabin. I do believe the pictures on the listing were doctored up a bit. They showed a nicer version of what it could look like. The description of location was misleading. We had to drive 30-40 mins or more to every location we wanted to go to, the description states it was a 15 min drive to Pigeon Forge. The pool table in the game room is worn out. The...

"My husband , and I stay here every time we visit the mountains . I love everything about the hotel . The rooms are very roomy , and clean . The balcony overlooks the river . The staff are very polite . I would rate this hotel at a 10 ."

"The room we had with walk in shower was roomy. The beds were hard, the TV network was not user friendly. The hot breakfast but it was common to not have enough seating even earlier in the am. We wanted a hot tub for post hike recovery however the outdoor tub had low water and in both the water was barely hot and there were no towels poolside on any of the days we used them. We could not communicate with cleaning staff as none spoke English."

"The drive to and from town was great… Love driving up the side of the mountain to get to my condo and the morning views from the balcony were more than worth the price of the condo.❤️"

"Stayed here a few times. It's convenient to everything, staff was great"

"Great place to stay !"

"Definitely not a top notch facility. Room was a little musky. Overall it was clean from what I could see. Parking lot had some trash (not significant amount). The clerk charged my card twice. So I have to wait and see what happens to my account before they will credit it because the charges were showing pending. Hopefully. I will not have issues getting it resolved."

"It was perfect for us! It was a last minute trip for my daughter's birthday but the reservation and check-in was a breeze and no stress! The cabin was immaculate and exactly as described! The hot tub was clean and we enjoyed it quite a bit both nights! Thanks so much!"

"location on the stream through town."

"I would stay here again only I was traveling alone. We had two vehicles and they only allowed us to park one on the property. There most definitely is not enough parking at this property. That was huge deal breaker for us. Room was clean and the pool is nice though."

"Staff was friendly room was clean we didn’t use any amenities air conditioning was good. Would definitely recommend"

"Room (accessible) was nice and roomy. Floor was dirty, with food crumbs, napkins, and someone's lost charger. Nice having a kitchenette. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast. Ample parking and close to shopping, amusements, etc. Rate was fair. Staff fairly nonexistent, and generally didn't acknowledge you unless checking in/out or asking a question. Didn't use pool(outdoor) due to time of year."

"Very relaxing atmosphere"

"We were only there for 2 nights and the hotel served it's purpose - a place to sleep at night. While clean, the great need for updates, repairs to walls and floors made it seem very dingy. I would not have wanted to spend much time in the hotel room - we checked in kind of late, left early the next day for excursions in the area, returned late, and left the next morning. The breakfast was about what you would expect for hotel breakfast - eggs, sausage, biscuits, some cereals, waffles, and...

"We liked the location, the breakfast, the cleanliness of the facility, and overall helpfulness of all the staff !!"
