"The room was cleaned"

"Just what is expected from a motel 6"

"Nice place, bed was too hard"

"The sheets and pillows smelled bad, and the floor was dirty. The staff at Motel 6 did not want to change my room, so I contacted customer relations. Leo helped me get a different room, and I appreciate his assistance. The replacement room was better, but it still had a strong odor that smelled like a dead rat. Neither room met basic expectations for cleanliness and comfort."

"Ok"
