"We enjoyed our stay very much! The property description was accurate though we cook and I’ll tell you what, pots and pans were sparse! One very small pot with lid, one small very worn Teflon skillet with no lid and one larger wok like skillet with no lid were what was available. There was one 5x7 cutting board and no hot mitts. There was some tea and olive oil and salt and pepper. If we come back sometime I’ll bring some cooking gear. Great location and the space was a comfortable temperature."

"The house itself is older but well maintained inside. The outside needs attention. Lots of broken furniture in the yard and appeared things had not been picked up after the last storm. The views are absolutely amazing, the location is great. We enjoyed our short stay and would definitely return."

"Enjoyed our time here relaxing. The deck was great to sun on and still have the Ocean feel to it, as there were so many surfers that you really couldn’t get in the water. A few boards on the deck need to be replaced, and the grill legs are rusted and needs to be replaced. Other than that we enjoyed our stay here and will consider it if we go back to Folly Beach."

"Our host were most helpful and attentive during our stay. Every detail mentioned in the listing was accurate. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Our two labs enjoyed the large fenced in yard on the occasions when I didn't walk them in the neighborhood. We drove our Airstream van and were offered the opportunity to plug in to keep the fridge cold and batteries charged. I would highly recommend anyone this place."

Cheap toilet paper No defined parking area Was not able to use front door for access Watched very little TV but the Xfinity remote needs to be updated No closets- should have had at least folding racks to hang clothes on"
