Just off the front porch is an open patio for relaxing after a full day of shopping and exploring downtown Charleston. 190 St. Philip Street is in a wonderful location just steps to Browns Court Bakery, The Warehouse, and multiple local boutique shops. Within a thirty-minute walk of 190 St. Philip Street you can visit the Battery, Charleston's Open-Air Market, King Street's finest shops, and dine in any of downtowns astounding restaurants. My husband and I decided to vacation in Charelston for his birthday. We wanted to find a location that was walking distance to most things. The Guest House is perfectly located in the city and a quick uber ride to other places. It was nicely decorated and well accommodated. Great communication with the property manager, she responded and answered all of our questions. We will definitely be back in the future!

Cute townhouse with adorable touches. Close to restaurants and very walkable to shopping. Easy parking and very accessible. It was cold and icy so we were unable to use the porch or outdoor furniture. Recommend coming in the warmer months! Enjoyed our stay.

Cute property that has a great location. Perfect for two couples as it has two bedrooms with king sized beds. The beds were very comfortable. We stayed three nights. Many locations were walking distance. Property has two parking spaces but we only used one of them.We drove to our dinner locations that were mostly just over a mile away. Charleston has many parking garages, so parking was never a problem. We had a great time!

It was a perfect setup with two master suites. The home was clean and very welcoming. The location was perfect for walking and enjoying King Street and the surrounding areas. The location is in the heart of the town, so the city noise comes with the perfect location. The property management was very professional and easy to communicate with.

We loved our stay! The neighborhood was close to everything we’d planned. The house had wonderful spaces for hanging out together, was beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped. We especially loved the breakfast nook and outdoor patio. It’s definitely a spot we’d revisit!
