"Checkin, check out process was easy! Host even reached out to let us know the condo was available to check in early. Upon arrival it was just as pictures showed. I had a teenager and young son, they loved the easy access to the beach and pool. You can park and not have to leave. Shops, restaurants, grocery store all within distance. Easy 20-30 minute drive to downtown Charleston. I would stay here again."

"Overall it was a good. The stairs are fairly steep and need to be considered if desiring to rent it. Also the parking for this unit is very difficult to get into and out of. But we did like to be able to look out and see the fireworks over the other buildings. It does need instructions for worling the dishwasher and stove vent as if you don't have those models you will have a problem with them. When we needed something we got good service from the company for the most part."

"We enjoyed our three night stay! The balcony is huge and a lovely place to relax. Property was as described! Lolo’s (almost exactly across the street) has amazing food. We are in our 50’s and had no problem with the four flights of stairs, however we are active and don’t mind the exercise."

"The unit is very well taken care of, with plenty of interesting decorations. The views from the two decks are *way* better than the listing photos and were the highlight of our stay. The beach was lovely, with super easy, close, access."

"Condo was centrally located, clean, and equipped with what we needed. Also, comfy sofa and throws in the closet to snuggle up in while watching tv. Unless we just didn’t locate the switch, would suggest lights coming up the outside stairs. Little tricky to navigate after dark."

"If you love sunrise and sunset views of marsh creeks, you’ll love staying at Jennifer and Tim’s home. It’s a mile from Folly Beach and nicely appointed with amenities."

"Fantastic host and cozy apartment for our long weekend. Between the wine and snacks at checkin, to the balcony with ocean views, to the fun bunks for the kiddos, our stay was excellent. The place is on the small size, so if you’re have even 4 people it may feel cramped. But you are at the ocean, so you should be outside ;) Overall fantastic stay."

"Everything was nice and clean. Only problem is it’s a 6 minute walk to the beach and longer if you’re carrying beach gear. It would’ve been a big problem if we had taken children."

"Enjoyed our stay. The unit was extremely clean. Everything was very orderly. Place was in tip top shape. I had contacted the hostess a few times with question, she got back to me very quick. The unit was well stocked with pots/pans/dishes/utensils/towels etc, very impressed..I have absolutely no complaints or any negatives. I will recommend to my friends and would stay here again."

"The location and view were fantastic! Great get away for couples!! Only complaint was that there was only 1 - washcloth and 1 - hand towel. There were 2 towels though 😊"
