"Check in was not pleasant. There were not any valets or doormen to direct us to check in and we had to figure that out only to interrupt the only person available. She was rude and put out that we arrived and interrupted her private cell phone conversation. No welcome it introduction. I mentioned it was my husbands birthday so she could maybe select the best room available for our rate. No acknowledgment at all of our special occasion. She basically pointed and told us our room was “that way”...

She was so cheerful and busy constantly cleaning and assisting folks. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Check out easy. Definitely will sty again. "
