"The staff was friendly, professional and always helpful! The rooms could use updates. We stayed in a suite. The couch was very used and needs replaced. The chairs were nice. The color scheme of the beds are mauve and outdated. Other than that the rooms are kept extra clean. I want to shout out to Carol she was and is superb in hospitality and customer service. Bram also. Always willing to help. Thank you for making our stay a pleaseant one!!!!"

"We wanted to enjoy a short getaway with our 2 pups which included enjoying a musical event in downtown Charleston. The accommodations were wonderful, comfortable and we appreciated having a 1st floor room so taking the pups out for their walks was very convenient. The breakfasts were delicious. The outdoor areas were delightful. "
