"Our family had a great time in this two level unit. Everything was clean and comfortable, and even though it was dreadfully hot outside the upstairs AC unit kicked into gear and really cooled off quickly. Wi-Fi was an issue for the first few hours, but James quickly got on the case and The problem was solved by the time we got back from dinner. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. "This was a great home base for a weekend visit to Richmond with our dog. Easy walk to Caryrown and a bunch of other restaurants around The Fan. The apartment was clean and well equipped, and the bed was comfortable. As some have mentioned, was loud at times, especially the first night when they seemed to be walking around late into the night. I’d suggest earplugs just in case."

"I stayed at the Magnolias during one of my friend's wedding weekend. The magnolias was a great place to recharge from all of the activity. Check in was easy and streamlined and there was an abundance of cute animals around. (Ducks, an orange cat, and the dogs of the owners) The suite is completly private and many amenities have been provoded along with a kettle, microwave, taster and keurig. It was a comfortable and clean place to stay. "

We traveled to Chesterfield for a funeral and could not find a good place to stay in that area so we decided on Richmond. It was close and stay was very pleasant."

"We stayed 4 nights. This is in the Churchill section of Richmond, VA. It is conveniently located to so many nearby eatery's. The first morning I walked to the corner bakery and picked up some wonderful pastries and granola. We were going to the Richmond Convention Center everyday very convenient easy access via Martin Luther King Bridge. "A great place to stay in RVA. Super location, the apartment has all you need inside and out. Tastefully decorated, well equipped kitchen but you won’t have to use it if you don’t want to. Pizza, ramen, ice cream, cocktails, delicious sandwiches …. All a few steps from the place and yet it is a quiet street. Highly recommend."

"So we didn’t stay here because the day of check the host messaged that the AC had gone out. She couldn’t fix it before after our stay and immediately refunded us. I was disappointed that we had to find another place to stay but this host deserves five stars for being considerate and communicative. Many others would have just said come on, I’ve got a fan. Top notch, will book again on our next visit to Richmond. "

"This is our 2nd stay. Cant' say enough regarding Captain Ron! Wonderful gentlemen and tries to accommodate you with anything you need. The boat is a wonderful unique experience. You need to like boats or this is not for you. Look for egrets and herons. Turtle hangs out by boat looking for food. Captain Ron is also a great writer. Check out his book Bohemian Skipper!
