It’s located in a great area, with restaurants, shops, and other attractions all within walking distance, which made it very convenient for us. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was extremely friendly and always willing to assist us with anything we needed. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended—would definitely stay here again!"

"We were greeted by friendly staff and were taken care of thoughtfully throughout our stay. Our king bed room was spacious. I didn't feel crowded as I do in some hotels. I like the shower without tub option. The afternoon kickbacks were thoroughly enjoyed."

"I am sorry that I don’t remember the name of the woman at the front desk on Sunday evening, but she was super helpful in helping us change our reservation due to an illness in our family. I was expecting it to be difficult, but she far exceeded my expectations and made it easy for us. I will come back whenever we visit family in Richmond. "
