"Great service. Guy at front desk was extremely friendly and got us checked in three hours early and gave us a complimentary room upgrade. The room was amazing. It was a corner room with floor to ceiling windows. Great view. The bed was comfortable and the shower is huge with great water pressure. The bathroom is small but fine for our needs. The location was perfect for us. Walking distance to most of the places we wanted to visit. And the area seemed safe and clean. We will definitely book again on our next trip to Chicago. "

I planned this trip for my fiancé’s 30th birthday and the location and price of this hotel is the best you will find. Not too far away from everything, conveniently located transportation and so many food choices! My fiancé never shuts up about NYC but Chicago has definitely taken a place in his heart. He even asked to come back. Highly recommend this hotel for everything and beyond."

"Being right in the middle of downtown this hotel was convenient in walking to wherever you needed to go as far as shopping and eating. However it is a little noisy in the middle of the night. Overall we had a great experience would definitely stay again! "
