"Beautiful room accommodated the four of us very well. Thought the $500+ price a bit much, but I guess Vancouver is just that expensive (especially the night before major cruises are boarding)."

Modern Guest Suite in Kitsilano
10/10 Excellent
"We spent 8 nights in this home as a family of four with two young children and overall had a very nice stay. The location in Kitsilano is ideal – close to shops, parks, and the beach, which made it easy to enjoy Vancouver. The host was very kind and responsive, and we appreciated having access to baby equipment and a washer and dryer – both made traveling with little ones much easier."
"Joann is an absolutely lovely host, and serves a wonderful hot breakfast. The accommodations are reasonably priced, clean and the area is peaceful and quiet. I would recommend the House on Dunbar as an excellent option for a stay in Vancouver."

"Great stay at the university student residence halls while the university is closed for the summer. The room had everything you would need. A comfy bed, good towels and a decent amount of space too. The showers are shared but split into women / men only by floors. Good hot water and water pressure. Kitchen was useful if you needed to heat something or make tea/coffee etc.
The campus is stunning and close to Wreck Beach which is worth a trip for sunset. Incredibly good value for money. Would stay again if came at the same time of year.

"Can’t say enough great things about the Laneway home in Kerrisdale. We stayed as a family of four adults plus an infant. It was very well appointed and everything we needed was provided. Good space, very clean, safe neighborhood. Walkable to restaurants and shops. Ying responded very quickly to any of our questions. Would definitely stay here again. "
Charming 3-bedroom villa with WiFi and AC in amazing Vancouver
8/10 Good
"We enjoy our stay in this lovely older home in a quiet neighborhood about 20 minutes from downtown Vancouver by car. Parking was easy, as was access to the house. The house is as described (well, except we didn't know someone was living in the separate basement...probably worth including in the description so visitors aren't surprised.) There was plenty of room for our family of four. There's a large master bedroom on the first floor and two bedrooms upstairs. Although it wasn't that hot in Vancouver when we visited, the upstairs bedrooms got quite warm during the day. One of them has a portable air conditioner (so a nice addition would be a portable a/c in the other one.)We enjoyed exploring the neighborhood: just a few blocks down the hill are some truly spectacular Vancouver homes with water views. Just a block away are a few restaurants, a Tim Hortons and a Dairy Queen. A 10-minute walk up Dunbar offers more places to eat, a grocery store and a drug store. Overall, we enjoyed our stay."
