Villa Herencia Hotel

"This hotel was exactly what we were looking for. Location was great and we enjoyed being right in Old San Juan with so much in walking distance. The staff was very helpful and we had no issues. Loved the rooftop and took advantage of it every day to relax/refresh before going out for the evening. The coffee maker in room was perfect for starting the morning. Note that there is water and ice in the dining room near the entrance to the hotel. Best option for parking was at the parking garages at Galeria Paseo and the hotel can give you a voucher. We paid $26/day and it is a 10 minute walk to the hotel. Loved the hotel and would stay there again!"
Hyatt Vacation Club at Hacienda del Mar, Dorado

"All outdoor activities were fun. Family orientated and fit for couples. The pools and hot tubs were clean. The rooms were very nice and clean they have EVERYTHING you need. Balcony, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer clean linen. The staff was awesome and helpfull EXCEPT the bar area. He wasn't so nice even after being tipped."

"The staff were very helpful and knowledgable about the area. Our room was comfy and clean. The AC vent was dusty and triggered our allergies but everthing else was fine and room attendants were very helpful. Breakfast was adequate though a bit monotonous by the 4th day. The dining room area needs closer monitoring especially during peak morning times as many persons do not clear their tables when they have eaten and guests have to be clearing other peoples dirty stuff to find somewhere to have their breakfast. But generally a good stay"

"We just stay for a couple of hours, but the room was clean and well maintained. The snack bowl had a good selection. The shower was nice and the water was hot. Shame we miss the use of the pool. We would stay there again next time we are in Puerto Rico."

"The location is amazing, the views alone are breathtaking. Being steps away from the beach is amazing. Staff is really friendly and helpful. They even go out of their way to help out. The price ain't bad. Cons: 1. Parking is small gets full quick especially on weekends. 2. Wished the rooms were cleaned more often. 3. There's was a mold smell that wouldn't just go away. 4. Rooms pictures are a bit misleading, single bed rooms are a bit underwhelming. 5. My biggest grievance was the bed they are advertised as queen and for sure they ain't, they are a bit bigger than full but no queen also they are thin so you feel the hard metal bed frame. I brought this up because my partner is ADA person so that bed was horrible for them but their only solution was to upgrade paying double the price."
