"Nice affordable room in the wonderful setting of several old palazzi. Lovely personnel and perfect location in the middle of the city. "

"Great location. NIce to have kitchen and 2 separate bedrooms. You can walk to the lake and several dining options. (including gelato!) There was a leak under the kitchen sink which did not cause a huge problem wince we were there just one night. There is a pool which we did not usee. Unfortunately, it was not so quiet. Lots of families with small children and very thin walls. "

"Loved this unit and the separate space for our kids to sleep. The staff were so accommodating and allowed us to store our luggage prior to check in so we could enjoy the area early. Everything is so walkable here. There was sound transfer through the windows (street noise in the morning) but no sound transfer between units. Some complimentary water bottles and snacks which we enjoyed. "

"Amazing hotel grounds"

"Hotel is up an amazingly steep mountain with multiple hairpin bends, not for the faint hearted but amazing drive for our Porsche. Hotel son and daughter very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are clean but basic, towels very old. We struggled with the fixed menu food offering and there is really no where else so you have no choice. Breakfast is very much cake and meats and quite limited. However for the experience of being at the top of a mountain with only cows with bells, it Is unique"

"Nel complesso una bella struttura, curata con grande piscina e immersa nella natura. Peccato che una stanza presentava 3 grandi ragnatele nere, quindi li da tempo. Illuminazione delle stanza molto soft."

"Staff were so friendly and accommodating. The pool and jacuzzi were a lovely addition. Croissants delivered in the morning were very tasty. Thankyou for a lovely stay."

"The location of this hotel was great! Well equipped, modern apartments with good amenities. A lack of dining options and poor breakfast for the price paid is what the resort lacks. Wine tasting was also unavailable. I can anticipate this to be a great place in high season, but lack of facilities during low season make this an expensive stay without the required luxury."

"Room was spotlessly clean, Giovanni could not do enough for us, nothing was too much trouble. We were a little skeptical when we were on our way to find this B&B as it is a little off the beaten path, very pleased we stayed there as it was truly amazing. "
