"Found this place in the small village really nice, the hosts were very nice but do not speak English but we got by with a translator on our phone, very lovely area. could have done with a little more personal service at breakfast."

"No one there to let you in or give you the three different codes to get into room Called phone number and got some non English speaker telling me to go down the street to a taxi stand. I did that and then heard someone yell my name. Limbed up two floors to s different hotel desk he gave me the codes. If I had arrived after dark this would have been impossible. "

"Betty’s House….what an amazing B&B. It’s a hidden gem. Rooms are lovely, clean and spacious with a beautiful balcony overlooking the garden/pool area. Breakfast was fab. Defo plentiful and a good variety of it. What’s makes this place even more beautiful is the owner Betty. What a lovely, friendly and helpful lady. Really enjoyed our stay. The only disappointing thing was we had only booked to stay for one night!! Will defo return and highly recommend Bettys House to anyone staying by Lake...

"Reception opens to a beautiful courtyard. Easy check in. We enjoyed a great breakfast and apertif. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Wish we had more time to spend. "

"Hosts were very helpful and really went out of their way to accommodate all our needs. Breakfast was outstanding!"

"We arrived very late but this was pre arranged. The owners were welcoming and accommodating. Let us buy some water from the little shop they have. Room was clean. Shower leaked but otherwise was fine. Parking free right outside. My kids managed to spill drink all over the floor at breakfast and the lady was so kind, cleared it all with no issue. She was very friendly. Thankyou for a nice stay "

"We thoroughly recommend Casa Ossan. Massimo and Laura were so helpful with recommendations and their hospitality is second to none. Breakfast was so good, homemade and just kept coming. Definitely going to visit again next year when we are on another wine adventure. We mentioned we were after a specific wine and Laura was straight on the phone and negotiating a good price for us, thank you so much. Room was immaculate and Massimo couldn’t do enough even offered us the use of his EV charger. "

"This place is a gem! The drive up was a bit scary, but SO worth it! The owners were lovely and super helpful. It’s clear that this place cares about the details. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated, we loved the breakfast, and the views were outstanding. Our kids loved the animals around the house. We hope we can go back one day! "

"This property is sooo beautiful I wish it felt like home. It's nicer than where I live. Country restaurants 5 star, in the middle of valpochella , on a fabulous hillside 30 minutes north of Verona. Perfect. Can't wait to go again!!! "

"Al Tramonto was an extended farmhouse(?) just outside the village of Castellaro Lagusello and just a short drive from Peschiera. Ample parking for guests' cars. "Great place close to the lake Garda. The breakfast was amazing and staff / owner very helpful, room clean and comfortable. The only negative point would be that you can sometimes hear people walking on the corridor or someone's TV otherwise all great!"

Excellent stay in great location!

"Upon arrival we were upgraded to a newly renovated room, which was lovely (a bit cramped for space for good closet/storage). Front desk staff were incredibly friendly and provided many local recommendations. Fridge in room did not function very well. Pool area was great! Free parking was very much appreciated and easy to come by. Great to have free access to bicycles to explore the town. Buffet breakfast had plentiful selection. Restaurant across the street had excellent food at reasonable prices - ate there twice!"

Parking areas needs to be highlighted.

"Arrived on a Sunday and initially we were redirected by the local police as they were not allowing cars to get any closer to the area where the hotels are located. We tried alternative routes and did not find any and next time we arrived at the roundabout we explained that we were staying overnight and allowed us through. We did not realise that the hotels have a separate parking area with a shuttle cart to take you to the hotel. We had difficulty getting the QR code for the parking from the Hotel but once we got that it was easy enough. This should be highlighted when booking on your site and would make the experience much more relaxed."
