"The room was clean and well appointed. There seemed to be a water leak under the floor in the bathroom. There were some sounds in the night, like some people hitting the walls a few doors down, with yelling and much profanity. "

"Room and amenities. When we arrived in the room, the mattress protector on the bed was covered in animal hair, pubic hair, and stains. It appeared the proper mattress cover had not been installed, which was very unpleasant to discover. We contacted the front desk, and staff came to assist. They were polite and did their best to resolve the issue, eventually replacing the bedding with clean items. Additionally, the pool was closed during our stay. There was no notice about this at booking or prior to arrival, which was disappointing since those amenities were part of why we chose this hotel. The staff interaction itself was positive, but the room condition and unavailable amenities did not meet expectations."
