"The room was spacious and had everything we needed included washing machine. It was great to have a pool available. Its right in the centre of Madrid so you can walk anywhere or jump on the metro. Friendly service, great room and location. Highly recommend."

The only thing I can say is the elevators were poor quality.. only one elevator worked and it took forever to get to our rooms.
