"The room was clean, but housekeeping staff did not replenish the body wash in the room. Found that out when i was already fully in the shower. They fixed the situation, but the inconvenience was already had. Aside from that, there was a lot of wear and tear in the room. The rollup curtains were damaged and were a bit of a struggle to move up and down. The sink faucet handles leaked water when you turned the water on, the shower handle was falling off too. There was a broken light switch as well. As newer as this place looks and feels, it is clearly not well managed or maintained. The morning breakfast was a train wreck. The staff could not keep up with the demand of guests wanting to eat. They were scattered and all over the place. I mostly get the sense that the whole place is ran by a younger generation that hasn't had proper training. "

"This was a great location for us while doing some historical tours in the area. The location is easy to find and staff very pleasant. The hallways and room were exceptionally clean. We wished the pool was open and wish the elevator didn't have an odd smell but definitely giving this a rating of excellent based on the vibe and cleanliness. (Side note the bed was more comfortable than home!)"

"My two old friends and I loved the house! It was convenient to everything we wanted to see and do. It had everything we needed to cook and entertain ourselves. We spent a lot of time relaxing and catching up. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay there again if I was visiting the area."

"This property was very clean and comfortable. Easy check in and the host was available to help as needed. We had a great time in Concord and this place is close to a lot of walkable historic sites plus Main Street attractions. The kitchen is well stocked, the only thing we wish it had was a toaster. We hope to return! "

"So this is not a full review because Expedia really dropped the ball on this and did not get this reservation set with the property. When I arrived to get my room, the owners said they never received the reservation request (even though I paid up front and had confirmation of the reservation) and did not have any rooms available, so that left me scrambling to find lodging at the last minute. Expedia did refund me, as they should, and provided a small credit (which didn't offset the additional price I paid for the new hotel), but it was a major inconvenience. This is the first this happed and hopefully the last."
