"I got locked out of my room because the batteries died in the door They had no one there to get it open so I was without all of my belongings until the morning. Pool had no water in it. They also tried to charge for parking upon arrival"

"Reservation was lost by hotels.com and I had to fully pay for one room out of two. Our son's room was approved and not the parents. The lady at the desk was an idiot just chatting with people and not helping. Manager did not come out to help. No room cleanup. Restaurant served 'guac and chips' to my son as Frito's and some green salad dressing. This is the most horrible Aloft I've ever stayed in. Shower broken in pool"

"Managrment level staffs were very confrontational and extremely rude. Never apologetic to not cleaned our room for 5 days. Tried to lie and put the blame on customers. I left there before checkout date. It was the most terrible experience I ever had. They were adamant about not giving us fresh towels and clean room despite the fact that we requested it. They said we put do not disturb sign on, but we never touched it. We never put it out."

"There was a good assortment of breakfast items. The lobby is very spacious and comfortable and was a great place for our large group to congregate for breakfast and in the evenings after dinner. Very happy with our stay here. Would definitely stay here again."

"This property was very clean and comfortable. Easy check in and the host was available to help as needed. We had a great time in Concord and this place is close to a lot of walkable historic sites plus Main Street attractions. The kitchen is well stocked, the only thing we wish it had was a toaster. We hope to return! "

"My traveling companion and I arrived at this ‘inn’ and we were floored at the truly awful conditions of the room and property. The photos completely misrepresented the state it’s in.There was no way we could stay there and had to rebook at a different hotel. The manager at the time agreed to refund the full amount, which I appreciated. With that show of good faith, I was not planning to leave a bad review in order to give them the benefit of the doubt. However, the refund never came through and the property has not responded to a single request from Expedia to process the refund. DO NOT STAY HERE."
