"No hot water at this facility. I was told they've had multiple plumbers out and can't determine the fix. I stayed there 4 nights. Never saw a maid. Same towels and sheets the entire stay. Water stains and damaged drywall. Non-functional and inconveniently placed power outlets. What more can I say?"
