"Small rooms but extremely comfy bed. The staff member who checked us in, Deanna; was super tv - very friendly and kind. The location is great for events at Crypto.com arena. Downtown LA location is convenient, but quite dirty and noisy. "

"First time in LA for KPop Concert. Staying at Freehand made it even more enjoyable and relaxing! Shared a 4 bed Female Quad with great roommates :) Housekeeping was daily and on schedule. CVS, Whole Foods and Dunkin Donuts were within walking distance. I felt very Safe. I checked in closed to 12 AM, after a Delayed flight. The Front Desk was still open and Check In was very smooth, with extra Towels. I did bring my own wash cloths because it was not provided, but it does not change my experience 😊 I will definitely come back real soon! 👍"
