"Great place to stay for the weekend. But the home was not very clean. There were sticky dirty stains on the kitchen floor. The silverware and some pans in the drawer had food stains. The light switches were visibly dirty. The toilets were not cleaned properly. There was a spill of some sort with chunks of something in a downstairs bedroom that was not cleaned. "Excellent location for family vacation at Universal, just a 5min drive. We got pizza at the nearby pizza restaurant and enjoyed it in the backyard oasis. Loved the “secret” room downstairs, teens were able to go hang and enjoy their time downstairs. "

"This house was filthy & very poorly maintained. Grime on walls, dishes, floors and pool. We paid extra to have pool heated and clean, but when we arrived, it was cold and had days of debris in it. There was food on the deck, around the fire pit and sitting area. The palm tree lighting is hanging at toddler height that could easily become entangled around child’s neck. "Nice quiet getaway place. The place was very clean. The location is in a beautiful neighborhood surrounded by beautiful landscaping. The interior decor was aesthetically pleasing. Me and my partner will be coming back to this place when we travel to LA. The bedding was very comfortable and relaxing. The jacuzzi hot tub provided that added comfort after a long day out.
