"Unfortunately upon our arrival one of the 2 elevators was not working and on the 2nd day the other elevator broke down as well. We had to use employee elevator for some time til one of the elevators was fixed. We also had to request towels after arriving because there were only a couple of hand towels, in room. No body towels."

"Rooms are very dated and showing it. Duvet cover had holes throughout, couch had holes, stains over the bathroom. Rooms smelt like weed and cigarettes. Glad we only had one night. Staff were friendly but I would not stay here again. "

"Checked in and found a staff member (not housekeeping) casually chatting on the phone inside our room. Startled us, not what you expect walking into your own room. Also the room was very far from the check in desk, and no elevators, no stairs, had to carry a heavy luggage upstairs, and was very inconvenient to walk all the way down every time. For the price point, the basics were lacking. No complimentary water bottles, we were told to purchase them. The room and facilities were okay, nothing bad, but nothing that justified the rate either. Overall: not terrible, but underwhelming for what you're paying. Expected more from a hotel at this price. "

"Amazing customer service. The MClub is a perfect place to enjoy a meal or a snack. Very convenient especially if you have a hectic schedule. The water pressure in the shower is the best! Makes taking a shower quick and efficient. Location is very convenient. Close to the Bell Centre, shopping, and great restaurants. Would highly recommend staying here. "
