The water was running and very cold, so I called down to the front desk and was told, "with my particular room type, the water has to run for 10 minutes." That would be okay, if the drain worked properly, but unfortunately it was backed up. This meant I either had to use the hose, or shower in drain water. Otherwise the trip was amazing!"
