– Late checkout or delays to cleaning may incur additional fees


3. Local & Third-Party Bookings
– Montreal locals and third-party bookings must be approved in advance

4. Noise, Parties & Smoking

Disliked: Communication
The place needs repairs. Baseboards in The bathroom are damaged and need painting and patching. Parking is not available and staff is not responsive . Without a phone number or WhatsApp this is anti a great way to communicate. It could have been a better experience. The shower was also not the cleanest. It needs grouting and sealing. The beds are not very comfortable. This is definitely not a hotel alternative . I would say it just needs a bit more love from the management to make it better and make a note that I the area is super noisy. We did t know that and we couldn’t fall asleep into 4 am.
