"Overall, we had a very good stay. The location is excellent, the hotel is clean, the beds and linens are comfortable, and we really enjoyed the pool. The only inconvenience is that when the hotel is very busy, the elevators can take a long time. The biggest disappointment was the staff and the breakfast. The breakfast was below expectations, with items like coffee not being refilled promptly. The staff was not very helpful or patient, especially when communicating with guests who don’t speak English fluently. We also had to insist on getting sheets for the sofa bed, even though we had booked the room for four people. Other than that, everything else was very good."
