"It was a beautiful, simple little villa in the heart of Tuscany. There are several other rooms in the building, but very quiet with a shared pool and hot tub overlooking the rolling hills of Tuscany. It is in driving distance to the many towns and vineyards that surround. The breakfast for an extra fee was well worth it! We were traveling with kids age 16, 13 and 8 and they all loved! I would highly recommend! "

"When checked in - both rooms were super small with many deficiencies - they were dirty, main light did not work , handles on dresser was broken , we were given small towels (did not know until the next day that they actually have large towels). We were moved the next morning to better and bigger rooms which were much more convenient. However , these rooms were also not cleaned properly. A dead bug remained in the floor for our whole stay. One day they completely forgot to clean the room. ...

"Ho prenotato la sera e ricevuto conferma di prenotazione. La mattina seguente, già in viaggio mi chiama la struttura dicendomi che la pompa artesiana era rotta e non poteva accogliermi. "- Nice and polite staff, especially the front desk and the vallets; - Spacious and clean rooms; - Our apartment's bathroom was tight - if there are special needs, it would be better to call the hotel and ask about - Location is good and quiet: a 10 min walk to reach Piazza del Campo. If you are driving, it's great because it's inside the walls, but you can go with your car until the hotel parking lot without crossing the narrow streets - Beautiful view of the valleys from the Terrace - Nice and fresh breakfast."
