"Ada was exceptional!! She gave us a local map with all recommendations of what to see, where to eat fantastic Italian cuisine, coffee shops and so much more!! The room was so beautifully decorated, the bathroom was really nice with lots of room! We were located in a perfect location!! I highly recommend staying here!! "It felt like motel next to a highway. Reception closes at 7pm so I was a bit rushed to check in quickly. After that the lights are switched off and the hotel basically becomes dark - just like the surroundings. Off season most restaurants are closed. The room was generally clean but there were little blood stains and spots on the bed linen. The duvet was simply covered by bed linen and it did not feel very hygienic. "- Nice and polite staff, especially the front desk and the vallets; - Spacious and clean rooms; - Our apartment's bathroom was tight - if there are special needs, it would be better to call the hotel and ask about - Location is good and quiet: a 10 min walk to reach Piazza del Campo. If you are driving, it's great because it's inside the walls, but you can go with your car until the hotel parking lot without crossing the narrow streets - Beautiful view of the valleys from the Terrace - Nice and fresh breakfast."
