"Didn't use the Bar, but staff were helpful and friendly. Suited our needs to stay in Shrewsbury, a lovely town to explore. Parking which needs to apt for a few minutes walk downhill near the river. No parking at the accommodation. "

"Rooms were clean and staff were helpful. Had booked a room with a double bed. It was small - more three quarters size. Room was also small and the bathroom was tiny. Noise from other rooms adjacent (light switches being turned on) was more than you would expect, and when taps were run or toilets flushed in adjacent rooms it was very loud. Cooked breakfast was below par - ingredients seemed to be basic/cheap. Car parking is tight and easy for your car to be blocked in. No water supplied to drink in rooms and only 2 tea bags provided for a double room with 2 people staying. Not a terrible hotel but for £145 a night in Shrewsbury we expected more."

"Nothing unique, just a well run pleasant hotel. It's in an business estate that's empty at night,so it's very quiet, but no pubs or shops nearby but plenty in town"
