"It was easy to walk to the coast or old town center, or take a bus anywhere else. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel offers a convenient and quick laundry service. "I worst experience ever. I was there mid march 2020, while I was in Uruguay, I find out that within 24 hrs USA was closing the boarders and all flights were cancel due to COVID 19. I was very lucky that America Airlines refunded my ticket and I was able to come back to USA in 24 hrs using COPA Air last flight. The hotel refused to refund 6 night that I didn't use, contacting a mger to explain the situation was impossible, also Expedia contacted them numerous times about the refund with no reply....
