She only told me this lately, otherwise I would have confronted the person. With the high category of this hotel your staff should be reserved, respectful and protective of the high level clientelle. "Excellent location, classy hotel, friendly and effective staff."

"It was easy to walk to the coast or old town center, or take a bus anywhere else. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel offers a convenient and quick laundry service. The room was comfortable and clean although it was on the smaller side. Breakfast included a variety of food options and was reasonably priced (it was included with some reservations but not mine). Overall I had a great experience."
