Good location, nice stuff and thats all. Hotel needs serious renovation, safety box imposible to lock or unlock. There is no SPA as Expedia advertize. My request for transport arrangements from the airport was answered at all. Not a value fir the money

We stayed in Montevideo for a week as part of a longer vacation. This hotel is close to shopping, dining, and the beach. Everything about the hotel was excellent. You don’t need a car as Uber is readily available and reasonably priced. Even though this is an upscale neighborhood, you do need to be cautious.

At 2:30am they opened the door to our room. What they told us was that they were very sorry because they made a mistake. This is a very big mistake. Very unsafe

Staff is very nice. The facilities could use some updates. The room is super small so if you have two suitcases it’s hard to move around. Nice hot water running. Breakfast is quite complete. Overall for a two night stay it was ok, especially the location close to the Punta Carretas shopping center.

Bathroom layout terrible , mold in shower , vanity sink terrible design , vanity to closed to toilet ( need to open legas to sit !!! ) Shower door open in never seen it , hard to park , definitely I will pass next time .

It is a nice hotel. rooms are OK, with good shower, a fridge, microwave, hot water kettle, coffee/tea in room, etc. Parking garage is safe although a little bit different. Need to get to the parking spot by an elevator, but worked well and it is safe. One block from a shopping mall, and many shopping stores and restaurants close by. Only complain I have is that there was a package delivered to the front desk the eve before check out but I was not informed of it and it was left in the hotel. I could not retrieve it since I checked out in the morning and left the country. Very disappointing!!!!
