Rent a bike from Cannery Row in Monterey and go along the dedicated bike path to the 17-mile-drive. You won't regret it! There are tons of bike rental companies, but I liked started in Cannery Row because it's a convenient place to start/stop with many restaurants and shops. #LifeAtExpedia

"We loved our time here at this lovely home in Pacific Grove! The house was clean and well maintained. There are ocean views from almost every room in the house. We have 3 teenage daughters and we had plenty of room to spread out. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area. We spent time in Big Sur and Monterey Bay. "

"We really enjoyed our stay! The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, baking dishes, and even some basic cooking ingredients. The children were thrilled with their room and the whole house was immaculate. We would definitely book again if it was available."

We saw a lot of marine life this time at Pleasure Point- otters, sea lions, harbor seals, flocks of birds and couldn’t discern if they were dolphins or sharks feeding! We were efficiently assisted with a few needs (more TP, dishwasher soap, fireplace lighter/directions.)Close proximity to Capitola and beach/boardwalk is always fun.Bedroom size/location for a friend vs family stay is the only challenge, which we solve by taking turns."
