"Our college aged kids had a last-minute field trip to Monterey Bay aquarium, this hotel was safe and assisted them upon arrival, even though it had to be late at night. Really the customer service and the overall support of my children was wonderful."

"Hotel Pacific is such a gem!! The rooms are spacious and perfectly decorated. I loved walking around Monterey and having our hotel conveniently located in the center of town to grab sunglasses, jackets, etc. in the middle of our activities. We couldn’t get the fireplace to light because a the cardboard matches were so flimsy and there were some minor updates to be done to the unit, but overall super quaint, adorable spot in town! I’ll be back :)"
