"Great location, very welcoming hosts. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures. Bed was comfortable and everything was great. One thing to mention is the shower that was very small, which was expected, but it had a shower curtain that stuck to you when showering. I couldn’t wash my hair - I had no room."

"Enjoyed the hotel to the max. The staff were super helpful and great. The space was comfy and clean. I also enjoyed fresh grapes right from my balcony."

"Amazing place. Small, intimate, very luxurious. Wonderful staff, beautiful breakfast, amazing location. Highly recommended."

"Ok."

"Very charming property in a fantastic location. The host was very responsive and we had a marvelous stay. Bear in mind this is a historic property and accordingly has some quirks. Those looking for modernity and perfect fixtures may not appreciate those quirks."

"Excellent room, service and food. The best."

"The first thing I will say is just how amazing the staff here was; I booked the last room at a good rate, and although it was not one of the super fancy suites, it was still a great stay and the staff really made that happen. One of the days, I went to breakfast and was overcome by not feeling well. I apologized and had to leave the breakfast room. They so kindly packed me food and tea on a tray and brought it to my room for me to eat later when I felt better. I loved how central this location...

"We loved our stay, I was a little concerned about the room furniture not being comfortable from the photos, but I didn’t need to be, the room was wonderful and felt like we were in a time capsule, we stayed 3 nights and were very satisfied. The grounds were great, breakfast and staff wonderful, The pool was refreshing after a long day of biking or walking. It was nice being so close to town. Would highly recommend"

"We loved our stay here! Everyone was so kind and welcoming and our room was comfortable and clean. The grounds are peaceful and pretty. It was an easy drive to Montepulciano. We would choose to stay here again! At breakfast the eggs were so delicious!"

"Beautiful and perfect stay in Montepulciano!"

"Just a delight"

"Very clean. Beautiful View Connected to winery so very convenient. Great wine selection with knowledgeable staff. Easy check-in process Was able to ship wine home easily. Paid Parking nearby. In wall but no direct access to pedestrian area, however, it's an easy five-minute walk to enter Thin walls. You can hear neighbors moving furniture and opening doors. Overall, great pace to stay"

"Parking directions were not given and that is critical in this area- park at p6 2nd floor reserved. Prefers communication via WhatsApp. Contact them for current instructions- once we got them no problem. Excellent location. 5-7 min up and down hill walk so you need to be mobile."

"It is a lovely family run hotel. The rooms are spotlessly clean, comfortable with air-con/electric shutters. The staff are always happy to talk to you, and they are very helpful with recommendations on places to visit/ restaurants etc. Parking is easy and safe right outside of the hotel on the street. The breakfast has a plenty of choice, also homemade cakes, very nice. We can't recommend enough for this hotel!"
