"Vi (mor, far og søn) fik på forhånd en mail og fortalte om tidspunktet af vores ankomst. Luca var meget hjælpsom og imødekommende, og der er absolut intet at udsætte på servicen. Vi blev dog skuffet over vores lejlighed på øverste sal, fordi alle vinduer sad under øjenhøjde eller højt oppe i taget. De følte derfor virkelig, at man var gået i kloster. "This hotel is excellent. We had room on 4th floor with balcony. Room was very clean and looks like new. Breakfast was excellent, a huge choice of sweet and savories options. Staff was very nice and helpful. But the best is location of this hotel: 3 minutes to Arena di Verona, waking distance to all attractions. We had great weekend."
