"Great location, nice room and clean. Although there was a check in time slot, and we adjusted our schedules to arrive during that time, there was no one there. We received the instructions via WhatsApp on how to get in, and they were ok to follow. However, we missed the expected human touch at the arrival."

"Wonderful hotel in a great location, down a quiet lane maybe 30 yards from the Arena and one street away from the main shopping area. Great friendly and helpful staff, clean and bright rooms, we had the standard twin and double type and they were more than adequate. Excellent breakfast looked after by attentive staff who helped us with Gluten free request by providing a basket of items such as bread, biscuits cakes etc. Lots of other hot and cold options, hot and cold drinks and also a large table covered with fresh homemade cakes. Will return to Verona soon and will use this hotel again !!"
