"A wonderful stay in Verona! We had a fantastic experience at Novo Hotel Rossi. The room was bright, comfortable and well-equipped — everything you need for a relaxing stay. The beds were great and we slept really well every night. What truly stood out though was the staff. From the moment we arrived, the team was warm, attentive and genuinely helpful. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and that personal touch made a real difference. The location is also very convenient, just a short walk from Verona Porta Nuova train station, making it easy to explore the city and beyond. "Great stay for one night. Roberto met us at the property at the agreed time and was happy to help with any questions. Both Roberto and Diana answered lots of questions over Whattsapp prior to our stay, including dining and travel recommendations. Was able to have a coffee and muffin in the morning- nice touch to the stay. Was able to lend an adapter as our one did not fit. Very grateful for this! Lovely stay and close by to all the attractions we wanted to visit. Would def recommend. "

"Martina and Lorenzo were incredible from booking and the checking in process before arrival to greeting at the door and always being present with a smile, recommendations for the area and friendly conversation. They truly went above and beyond making our celebrations special helping decorate the room. The property itself was gorgeous with marble, warm lighting and plenty of space with all the amenities we needed. Could not recommend this place enough and not just because of the convenient location to the centre but for the people that work within the property from Martina and Lorenzo to all the housekeeping staff greeting everyday with a smile!"
