"Badly soundproofed, so if there is a wedding, and you are not invited, the music keeps you up, followed by guests returning to their rooms. Would have been nice to be warned there was going to be a party."

"Don't stay in off season as you can't use the pool despite it being warm enough!! . Miles from anywhere. Very noisy from the road (like a race track at night) - Poor in room (no tea/coffee facilities) and out of room facilities were non existent. Breakfast was as minimal as it could be and of low quality. Very poor selection. Some of the staff were lovely, others were either rude or unhelpful. Don't be fooled by the photographs!!"

"Excellent hotel! The rooms were modern, comfortable & very clean. Excellent views of the beach too. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff & they were all friendly. The food was delicious too. Bacoli although not a tourist area we found that a refreshing change. "

"Three Things That We Liked About This Place: 1- The view from the hotel was super beautiful, mind blowing and relaxing in which it was facing the beach and the hilly landscape that was gorgeous & fantastic. 2- The helpfulness of the front desk especially Paola & Vincenzo was beyond expectation and left us without words to describe how we felt. Their customer service skills were excellent & above and beyond. Their warmth and welcoming made us feel like we were at home. Simply we can’t thank them enough for everything they did for us. 3- The restaurant was amazing. Very delicious food that is made with love, perfection and passion. In our opinion their restaurant layout and food quality were the same as fine dining restaurants in Naples, Italy. Very professional restaurant staff and the view from the restaurant was breathtaking. Attention To The Following Two Points: 1- The hotel is located up hill from the city and it has NO public transportation to it so either you take the taxi by calling the taxi company/order a taxi from the hotel or you rent a car which is the best option. We thank the hotel for mentioning this in advance before booking. 2- There are many events happening at the restaurant like weddings/engagement/birthday/graduation parties…..etc and it gets loud there most of the time. A positive experience for us especially with the front desk staff that we were super impressed by their professionalism, helpfulness and warmth."

"Staff were fine, parking was good. But overall, this is a terrible hotel, room was not as expected, we booked a superior room but didn’t get one, we were offered another room but this was exactly the same. This hotel is not suitable for tourists, being in the middle of a car sales area without any restaurants nearby, did not feel safe going out after dark. The pictures of the hotel were not reflected in the reality. We changed hotel after 2 of the 7 nights."

"I booked this hotel as a 4 stars but it’s NOT. Room is too small, beds are not comfortable at all, like sleeping on a box spring without mattress.. pillows so uncomfortable…had to sleep on a towel under my head."
