"Very very helpful staff - I received lots of support dealing with airline delays on arrival and modified check-in times, as well as detailed and expert advice on restaurants and attractions around Rome. Also very well located - close to the Vatican and some great restaurant areas. Technically adjacent to train tracks which made me nervous about noise as I'm a light sleeper, but the room was very well soundproofed and I had no issues."

"Das Hotel befindet sich in einer guter Lage, Zug und Bus Verbindungen sind gleich in der Nähe. Das Personal sehr freundlich aber beim Auschecken hatten wir nicht einen freundlichen Abschied von der Rezeption. Wie z. B. wie war ihr Aufenthalt usw., einfach bezahlen und ciao! Empfang und Lobby ist schön, und die Zimmern auch sauber. Gewisse Renovierungen notwendig! Für eine Stättetrip ist das Hotel zum empfehlen aber nicht für einen Sommerurlaub."
