"We had stayed before so I knew the hotel. Our rooms were on 2nd floor across the courtyard which meant the elevator only reached 1st floor. This wasn't a problem for us but some may have difficulty. Nice breakfast. Best to book parking. Only slight downside was that the car park, while very convenient, is a little tight when busy and maneuvering can be tricky. We would stay again."

"We stayed for one night on the way to the Euro Tunnel. As a family of 4 with two young children the location was ideal as a stop over on the way home from Disney. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the black out blind was very welcome! The nighttime receptionist was lovely and went above and beyond to help us sort out milk for our yongest. We would definitely stay again. "

"Very friendly staff. Comfortable bed. My family and I felt very safe and welcome at this hotel. Very close to Beaumont Hamel Memorial site and the other Trail of the Caribou sites as well. Great breakfast. We stayed two nights and ate dinner at the Beluga (hotel restaurant) one evening. Food was delicious as were drinks. Reasonable prices. Great staff. "

"The staff were very helpful. The hotel itself was grim. Black mold in shower, paint flaking off on toilet wall, minimum space and uncomfortable bed. I asked for more pillows as we only had 2 very small ones to be told that is all we are allowed. Full of workmen."
