"Camere molto datate e in bagno aveva solo una tenda come chiusura doccia. Non c’ era neanche l’ asciugacapelli. Inoltre c’era un cattivo odore nelle scale e nel corridoio a causa probabilmente dei vapori della cucina"

"Very well decorated, look lije a palace. Extremally well located, excelent staff"

"Absolutely amazing place to stay !"

"Very helpful front desk employees. Whether it was laundry, dinner suggestions, or a warm greeting they were all helpful and it made our stay more enjoyable. Decor was a bit dated but rooms were clean, and location was excellent, particularly if you take the high speed train into or out of town."

"Really liked the hotel, the location was excellent. Room size was a generous size, the added twin-sized couch was nice to have so as not to spend all the time in the room on the bed. Friendly staff, nice breakfast, good value for price."

"Hotel Rosso is a short walk from the train station - it is a little tricky to find as it is in a pretty plaza and there are restaurants directly in front of the entrance. All you need to do is ask someone - it’s not complicated at all - just not immediately apparent. The room was clean - shower was on the small side, and breakfast has everything you could want. "Amazing location. So cool to be literally across from the Duomo. Easy walk to so many places to shop and eat. Free sparkling and still water was great. Snacks and free gelato! Staff was the most friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place!"

"Great location. Just 5-7 minute walk to the Duomo and a few minutes more to the Ponte vecchio. Restaurants up the street. The train station a 5 min walk. Breakfast was outstanding. I looked forward to the tarts and Cappuccinos every morning. Room was comfortable, very clean with a shower in the tub. This may be difficult for people with disabilities as you have to climb over the tub. Mattress was outstanding. I slept well. Staff accomodating, helpful and friendly. I would come here again"

"Our room was extremely cold for the first two days we were there at the end of October 2026. No heat at all. On the third day, we requested to change room and there was a room available and was lees exposed to elements like no north exposure. We were told that at the Fortezza, the heat is not on before November 1. We talked to other tourist when we took an excursion to Venice and their hotel room in other hotels in Florence were warm. The room was very clean and the bathroom was nice but...

"Clean room, hotel, nice shower, very very friendly staff !"

"Convenient location. Just cross the street from the train station side exit and you are at the hotel reception. Staff very helpful. Convenience stores on the other side of the station - just walk. Restaurants and fast food close buy. Quick snack at the station. I will stay here again at the next opportunity."
